RETURNS

For voluntary returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. You may inspect and try on items as you would in a store.

We provide prepaid return shipping for all eligible returns, including international returns. Returns are sent to a U.S. return location provided by our support team. No restocking fee applies.

We inspect returns within 7 business days of receipt and issue approved refunds within 3 additional business days, no later than 10 business days after receiving an eligible return. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us so we can arrange a remedy at our expense. Your applicable statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.
